This policy applies to paperback orders of A Brief Case for Jesus placed on aniekeme.com for delivery in Nigeria.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, customers may request a return within seven days of delivery, provided the book is unused, unmarked and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns.
If a book arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or an order is lost in transit, please contact team@aniekeme.com, ideally within seven days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds for returned books will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original delivery charges are refundable where the return arises from our error or a defective product. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
Delivery estimates
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days within Abuja and 3–5 business days elsewhere in Nigeria. These are estimates, not guarantees.
