This privacy policy explains how Aniekeme Umoh ("I", "me") handles personal information on aniekeme.com (the "Site"). The Site is my personal website and is not operated by a registered company. I am the data controller for personal information collected through the Site, in my personal capacity.

What I collect

Book orders

When you order a paperback of A Brief Case for Jesus for delivery in Nigeria, I collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (street, city and state), delivery zone, the quantity ordered, the amount paid, and the payment reference and status. I use this information to process, deliver and keep records of your order, and to contact you about it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card or bank details go directly to Paystack and are never received or stored by the Site. Paystack tells the Site whether a payment succeeded. Paystack's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

Contacting me

If you email me, I receive whatever you include in your message. Speaking requests are made through a Google Form, which is hosted by Google and covered by Google's privacy policy.

Team accounts

People I invite to help manage the Site sign in with an email address and password. I keep their email address, role and sign-in records so I can control access.

Where information is stored and who can see it

The Site and its data are hosted by Lovable. Order information can be seen only by me and by team members I have specifically allowed to view book orders. I do not sell personal information.

I share the delivery details needed for your order (such as your name, phone number and address) with the courier delivering your book. Couriers vary by region.

Emails

I may email you personally about your order if needed. Paystack may send you its own payment receipt.

Cookies, analytics and embedded content

The Site does not currently use analytics tools or advertising cookies. If this changes, I will update this policy. See the Cookie Policy for details of content embedded from other services.

How long I keep information

I keep order records and team account records for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Nigerian data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To exercise these rights or ask a privacy question, email team@aniekeme.com.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
