We’re delighted to share that Aniekeme Umoh has been announced as a panelist at Harvard Business School’s 2025 African Business Conference, taking place on 14–15 February. The conference brings together leaders working across the continent under the theme Beyond Borders: A Myth or a Mandate for Africa’s Progress?
Regional collaboration for education
Aniekeme will join the panel Regional Collaboration for Innovation in the Education Sector on Saturday, 15 February, at 3:45 p.m. in Aldrich 111. The session examines how partnerships and innovative education models can improve access, strengthen learning and prepare young people for a changing world of work.
Joining her are Rosy Fynn, Country Director for Nigeria at the Mastercard Foundation; Keith Lynip, Chief Product Officer at African Leadership University; and Tunde Onakoya, founder of Chess in Slums. Jeph Acheampong, founder of Blossom Academy, will moderate the conversation.
An executive perspective on learning
As Chief Operating Officer of the uLesson Group, Aniekeme brings experience across uLesson K12 and Miva Open University. Her work connects business and academic operations with the practical challenge of delivering education to learners across Nigeria and beyond.
We’re pleased to see that perspective represented alongside fellow education leaders at Harvard. The panel’s focus on collaboration reflects a shared challenge: building learning opportunities that cross institutional and regional boundaries.
The date of this article follows the Harvard Africa Business Club’s original panel announcement on 4 February 2025; the speaker-profile page does not state its own publication date.
