Muhammad Ali is an absolute icon, the consummate showman, but to me most importantly, a paragon of integrity and bravery.

It is these “other” things – customer empathy in design thinking -> psychological moonshots, and determined, continuous improvement -> kaizen. 

These will be what make the winners.

Equity is the least understood part of the compensation package. Meanwhile, it has the potential to create the largest value for the employee.
